    • Intermediate math skills.

    • 5+ years management experience, restoration industry experience a plus.

    • Proficient computer skills.

    • Excellent leadership skills.

    • Knowledgeable at job costing and quality control.

    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

    • Full-Time Position

    • 40 hours per week minimum; Monday through Friday.

    • Varying hours between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Manage the Franchise marketing team and all sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes Franchise services and develops a diverse customer base. Train and coach a professional marketing team capable of achieving annual sales revenues goals. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints.  

    Results Expected 

    The annual marketing plan is effectively executed, resulting in the achievement of annual sales revenue goals, building of Brand awareness, an increase in new customers, and expansion of diverse markets. The Franchise marketing team is competent and effective in their sales and marketing efforts. Customer expectations are met or exceeded. All customer complaints are resolved quickly to the satisfaction of the customer.

Construction Operations Manager

A SERVPRO Team Member keeping the high-velocity air movers organized and ready for any sized disaster.
  • The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for a wide range of functions necessary to successfully manage the construction division. They are responsible for setting departmental budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in Construction services. 

    • Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction 

    • Monitor volume of work 

    • Develop departmental budgets for General Manager or Owner approval 

    • Assist in finding and vetting subcontractors 

    • Manage all aspects of construction division 

    • Manage daily operations of construction team 

    • Validate potential construction leads 

    • Assign leads/projects to construction managers and superintendents 

    • Ensure construction team follows proper work process 

    • Review and evaluate estimates created by construction managers 

    • Perform tasks within the project management process to assist construction team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.) 

    • Assist Construction managers with budgeting and bidding 

    • Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with construction team 

    • Ensure two-way communication with the mitigation division 

    • Manage individual team members who work together to process construction projects 

    • Train construction team members

Restoration Technician

  • In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!” 

    • Perform and evaluate restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition. 

    • Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project. 

    • Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors. 

    • Learn and develop restoration skills to elevate the SERVPRO Brand and grow within the company. 

    • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.   

    • Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.  

    • Perform production processes as directed.  

    • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance 

    • Valid driver’s license 

    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance 

    • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
